These included: <br />• 3 Variance requests for residential projects (2 approved, 1 denied) <br />• 1 PUD for a multi-family residential project (approved) <br />• 1 Subdivision of residential property (denied) <br />• 1 Ordinance Amendment addressing sidewalks and patios on residential property <br />(adopted) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />In considering these items, the Commission held 5 Regular Meetings and public hearings, 3 <br />Work-sessions (primarily addressing ordinance amendments), and 3 Joint Meetings to consider <br />larger project proposals with the City Council. <br />
