Prior to <br />serving on the council, Councilmember Stille served on the Planning <br />Commission from 1999 through 2003. His term expires on January 3, <br />2022. <br />In addition to serving as a Councilmember, he also serves as a City <br />liaison to the following organizations: <br />• City Auditor <br />• St. Anthony Community Services Advisory Board <br />• St. Anthony Planning Commission <br />• Alternative to Mississippi Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) <br />• St. Anthony Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER THOMAS RANDLE <br />Councilmember Randle was appointed in 2017 to fill a vacant City <br />Council term expiring on January 6, 2020. <br />Councilmember Randle also serves as a City liaison to the following <br />Committees: <br />• St. Anthony Parks Commission <br />• St. Anthony Sister City <br />• Alternate to Metro Cities Association <br />• Family Services Collaborative <br />• Government Alliance on Race & Equity (GARE)
