2/27/2020 <br />1 <br />Executive Summary <br />ISD 282 has been awarded a Hennepin County Green Partners <br />Environmental Education grant for the 2019 / 2020 school year. The <br />focus of the grant is to increase environmental awareness and <br />promote student leadership. <br />Youth Environmental Stewardship Grant <br />Expected Outcomes <br />1.Climate Crisis workshop for high school students. <br />2.Middle school LEAP focus on climate change. <br />3.Climate study probes and monitoring equipment. <br />4.Environmental projects lead by students. <br />5.Solar display in Central Park <br />(collaboration with Parks & Environmental Commission)
