CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 20-028 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2020-01 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance amending <br />Chapter 150 of the Housing Maintenance and Occupancy; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2020-01. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2020-01 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br /> <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br /> <br />Ordinance 2020-01 <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 150 Housing Maintenance and Occupancy; <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2020-01 on March 10, 2020, this ordinance <br />amends Chapter 150 Housing Maintenance and Occupancy as it relates to Access to Multi-Unit Housing <br />Structures by United States Census Bureau Employees. <br /> <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br /> <br />Adopted this 10th day of March, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________ <br /> Randy Stille, Mayor <br />ATTEST: _________________________ <br /> Nicole Miller, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Reviewed for administration: _________________________________ <br /> Mark Casey, City Manager <br />99
