ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 20-024 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING <br />FOR THE 2020 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a report has <br />been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br /> <br />2020 Street and Utility Improvement Project <br /> <br />• Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />o 32nd Avenue NE from Rankin Road to Croft Drive <br />o Croft Drive from 32nd Avenue NE to 31st Avenue NE <br />o Storm sewer connection on 31st Avenue NE from Croft Drive to Old <br />Highway 8. <br />o Silver Lake Terrace from Silver Lane to the cul-de-sac <br /> <br />Silver Lane Mill and Overlay <br /> <br />• Silver Lane from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvements of $2,955,900. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 14th day of April <br />2020, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as <br />possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvements as required by law. <br /> <br />3.
