7. The proposed variance will accommodate reasonable use without negative impacts on <br />neighboring property nor on public improvements and services. <br />NOW THEREFORE MAY IT BE RESOVLED, that the City Council of the <br />City of St. Anthony Village accepts the findings and recommendations documented in the staff <br />report and approves variances to the required side setback requirements as shown on the <br />application dated 1/17/20, with the following conditions: <br />A. The applicant is able to verify the setback distance as a part of the building permitting <br />process, based on the existing survey and established lot lines. <br />B. The addition will consist of building materials and architecture that match the existing <br />structure <br />C. The addition will be no more than a single story in height, consistent with the existing <br />building height. <br />D. The roof of the addition will include an eave of no more than 6 inches in width, to <br />minimize encroachment toward the abutting property line. <br />Passed in regular session of the City Council on the 10th day of March 2020. <br />ATTEST: <br />Nicol ]Stiller, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Mark Casey, City Maiager <br />
