ANTHONY 1 <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES 2 <br />MARCH 10, 2020 3 <br />4 <br />CALL TO ORDER. 5 <br />6 <br />Mayor Stille called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 7 <br />8 <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 9 <br />10 <br />Mayor Stille invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. 11 <br />12 <br />ROLL CALL. 13 <br />14 <br />Present: Mayor Stille, Councilmembers Jenson, Randle, Walker and Webster. 15 <br />Absent: None. 16 <br />Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey, Liquor Operations Manager Mike Larson, City Engineer 17 <br />Justin Messner, and Director of Public Works Jay Hartman. 18 <br />Guests: Keith Dahl (Ehlers & Associates), Executive Director Dana Healy (CTV North 19 <br />Suburbs) and St. Anthony Planning Commissioner Dan Payne. 20 <br />21 <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING 22 <br />ITEMS. 23 <br />24 <br />Councilmember Walker left the meeting at 7:01 p.m. 25 <br />26 <br />I.APPROVAL OF MARCH 10, 2020 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 27 <br />28 <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Webster, to approve the City 29 <br />Council Meeting Agenda of March 10, 2020. 30 <br />31 <br />Motion carried 4-0. 32 <br />33 <br />Councilmember Walker returned to the meeting 7:03 p.m. 34 <br />35 <br />II.PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. 36 <br />37 <br />A.Presentation on CTV North Suburbs Services.38 <br />39 <br />Ms. Dana Healy, Executive Director and Mr. Jared Wiedmeyer, Public Coordinator made a 40 <br />presentation to the City Council on CTV North Suburbs services. 41 <br />42 <br />Councilmember Jenson stated this year the Ramsey County Local League of Governments 43 <br />started having their monthly meetings at CTV and it has worked out very well. 44 <br />45 <br />Mayor Stille asked what cities CTV serves. Ms. Healy indicated there are nine cities. Arden 46 <br />Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, 47 <br />Roseville and St. Anthony. Those are the nine cities within the Joint Powers Authority. CTV 48 <br />1
