CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 20-039 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING AN ADVANCE FROM THE <br />MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET FUND FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2020 <br />FOR THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village has initiated roadway mill and overlay along Silver Lane <br />from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Road C street reconstruction improvements from CSAH 88 to the Roseville City <br />Limits as part of a cooperative agreement with Hennepin County and Ramsey County began <br />in 2019 and are anticipated to be completed in 2020; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Stinson Boulevard street reconstruction improvements completed in 2016 were reviewed <br />and approved by the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village is planning to implement Municipal State Aid Street <br />Project(s) in 2020 along Silver Lane and County Road C and request reimbursement for <br />improvements completed along Stinson Boulevard in 2016 which will require State Aid <br />funds in excess of those available in its State Aid Construction Account; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village is prepared to proceed with the construction of said <br />project(s) through the use of an advance from the Municipal State Aid Street Fund to <br />supplement the available funds in their State Aid Construction Account; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the advance is based on the following determination of estimated expenditures: <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, repayment of the funds so advanced will be made in accordance with the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes 162.14, Subd. 6 and Minnesota Rules, Chapter 8820.1500, Subp. 10b; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village acknowledges advance funds are released on a first-come- <br />first-serve basis and this resolution does not guarantee the availability of funds. <br /> <br /> <br />Account Balance as of date February 28, 2020 (61,293.99)$ <br />Less estimated disbursements: <br />Project # _SAP 161-112-001_____936,496.70$ <br />Project # _SAP 161-108-004_____249,237.50$ <br />Project # _SAP 161-020-010_____198,539.11$ <br />Project # ____________________ $____________ <br />Bond Principle (if any) 45,750.96$ <br />Project Finals (overruns-if any) $____________ <br />other ____________________ $____________ <br />1,430,024.27$ <br />1,491,318.26$ Advance Amount (amount in excess of acct balance) <br />Total Estimated Disbursements <br />70
