ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />MARCH 10, 2020 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Stille called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Stille invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: <br />Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />Guests: <br />Mayor Stille, Councilmembers Jenson, Randle, Walker and Webster. <br />None. <br />City Manager Mark Casey, Liquor Operations Manager Mike Larson, City Engineer <br />Justin Messner, and Director of Public Works Jay Hartman. <br />Keith Dahl (Ehlers & Associates), Executive Director Dana Healy (CTV North <br />Suburbs) and St. Anthony Planning Commissioner Dan Payne. <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS. <br />Councilmember Walker left the meeting at 7:01 p.m. <br />I. APPROVAL OF MARCH 10, 2020 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Webster, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of March 10, 2020. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />Councilmember Walker returned to the meeting 7:03 p.m. <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Presentation on CTV North Suburbs Services. <br />Ms. Dana Healy, Executive Director and Mr. Jared Wiedmeyer, Public Coordinator made a <br />presentation to the City Council on CTV North Suburbs services. <br />Councilmember Jenson stated this year the Ramsey County Local League of Governments <br />started having their monthly meetings at CTV and it has worked out very well. <br />Mayor Stille asked what cities CTV serves. Ms. Healy indicated there are nine cities. Arden <br />Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, <br />Roseville and St. Anthony. Those are the nine cities within the Joint Powers Authority. CTV <br />
