CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 20-040 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE <br />TERMINATION OF ACCESS CONTROL AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County, Minnesota, in corporation with the City of St. Anthony Village, proposed to <br />forever discharge and release the tracts of land legally described on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto, located in Ramsey County, Minnesota, from that certain Access Control Agreement <br />dated October 28, 1974 and recorded July 25, 1975 in the Office of the County Recorder in <br />and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, as Document No. 1912722 depicted in Exhibit B <br />attached hereto. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1. The City agrees to accept and approve termination of Access Control Agreement No. <br />1912722 between Ramsey County, the City of St. Anthony Village, the tracts of land legally <br />described on Exhibit A; and <br />2.
