CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 20-041 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF MICHAEL GUEST TO THE <br />PARKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL COMMISSION AND APPOINTMENT OF JAMES <br />NIEMI AS VICE CHAIR <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />Vice Chair Jessica Rengstorf has resigned from the Parks and Environmental <br />Commission, her term ends on December 31, 2021; and <br />the City Council recommends appointing Michael Guest to fulfill the remainder <br />of Commissioner Rengstorf's term; and <br />in accordance with St. Anthony City Code §32.26, Parks and Environmental <br />Commission Bylaws, the City Council recommends appointing James Niemi as <br />Vice Chair for the Parks and Environmental Commission for 2020. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village hereby appoints Michael Guest to the Parks and Environmental Commission and James <br />Niemi as Vice Chair for the Parks and Environmental Commission for 2020. <br />Adopted this 14t" day of April, 2020. <br />ATTEST: <br />Randy Sti , Mayor <br />Nicole Miller, City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: !/ Ca. atal"ja <br />Mark Casey, City M ger <br />
