APPROVAL OF THE FEBRUARY 18, 2020, PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 26 <br />AGENDA. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Motion by Commissioner Rude, seconded by Commissioner Payne, to approve the February 29 <br />18, 2020, Planning Commission agenda. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Motion carried 6-0, 1 abstain (Neumann). 32 <br /> 33 <br />II. APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 15, 2020, REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION 34 <br />MEETING MINUTES. 35 <br /> 36 <br /> Motion by Commissioner Socha, seconded by Commissioner Rude, to approve the October 37 <br />15, 2020, Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Motion carried 7-0. 40 <br /> 41 <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING. 42 <br /> 43 <br />A. Consider a request for a 5-foot variance from the required 10-foot side yard 44 <br />setback on the south side of 3404 Roosevelt Street to add a second garage stall to 45 <br />an attached garage. 46 <br /> 47 <br />Chairperson Westrick reviewed how the public hearing will proceed this evening. 48
