May 5, 2020 <br /> <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor, City Council and Staff <br />c/o Mark Casey, City Manager <br />City of St. Anthony Village <br />3301 Silver Lake Road NE <br />St. Anthony, MN 55418 <br /> <br />Re: Resolution Ordering Preparation of Feasibility Report <br /> 2021 Street and Utility Improvements <br /> St. Anthony Village, MN <br /> WSB Project No. 016118-000 <br /> <br />Dear Honorable Mayor, City Council, and Staff: <br /> <br />Attached for your consideration is a resolution ordering the preparation of a feasibility report for <br />the 2021 Street and Utility Improvement Projects. <br /> <br />This project proposes the following locations for street and utility reconstruction: <br />• Skycroft Drive from 32nd Avenue to 33rd Avenue <br />• Croft Drive from 32nd Avenue to 33rd Avenue <br /> <br />This project also proposes the following locations for bituminous mill and overlay: <br />• 31st Avenue from Rankin Road to Old Highway 8 <br />• Croft Drive from Rankin Road to 31st Avenue <br />• 29th Avenue from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br />• St. Anthony Boulevard from Stinson Boulevard to Kenzie Terrace <br /> <br />Additionally, we recommend including the Sanitary Sewer Capacity Improvements identified in <br />the recently completed Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) that was completed as part <br />of the Silver Lake Village Redevelopment Project.
