ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 20-047 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE <br />2021 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for improvement: <br /> <br /> Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• Skycroft Drive from 32nd Avenue to 33rd Avenue <br />• Croft Drive from 32nd Avenue to 33rd Avenue <br /> <br />Mill and Overlay <br />• 31st Avenue from Rankin Road to Old Highway 8 <br />• Croft Drive from Ranking Road to 31st Avenue <br />• 29th Avenue from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br />• St. Anthony Boulevard from Stinson Boulevard to Kenzie Terrace <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Capacity Improvements <br />• Sanitary sewer on Chandler Drive <br />• Foss Road Lift Station Pumps <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> <br />The proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of May, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br /> _____________________________ <br /> Randy Stille, Mayor <br />ATTEST:____________________________ <br /> Nicole Miller, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />Reviewed for administration: ______________________________ <br /> Mark Casey, City Manager <br />46
