APPROVAL OF APRIL 28, 2020 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />16 <br />17 Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the April 28. <br />18 2020 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />19 <br />20 Motion carried 5-0. <br />21 <br />22 II. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />23 <br />24 A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of March 10, 2020; and <br />25 B. Claims. <br />26 <br />27 Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the Consent <br />28 Agenda. <br />29 <br />30 Motion carried 5-0. <br />31 <br />32 III. PUBLIC HEARINGS — NONE. <br />33 <br />34 IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />35 <br />36 A. Discussion for the Potential Sale of Property Located at 3803 Stinson Boulevard <br />37 <br />38 Chair Stille explained this section of the meeting will be closed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />39 Section 13D.05, subd. 3 (c) for the purpose of discussing the potential sale of property located at <br />40 3803 Stinson Boulevard. <br />41 <br />42 Mr. Jay Lindgren reviewed the Open Meeting Law with the H.R.A. <br />43 <br />44 RECESS & RECONVENE. <br />45 <br />46 Chair Stille recessed the meeting at 7:36 p.m. to go into a closed session. <br />47 <br />
