<br />The first chart below shows that St. Anthony’s owner-occupied housing is slightly higher than values in New Brighton, <br />Roseville and the 7 county metro area – in the range of 3%, while Columbia Heights lags in owner-occupied value. <br /> <br /> <br />The next chart illustrates overall housing makeup in the community, by structure type, and compares the makeup to <br />suburban communities directly abutting St. Anthony Village and the Twin Cities as a whole. As can be seen, St. Anthony <br />has a lower percentage of single family detached housing than its neighbors.
