WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 20-056 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE <br />CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />COVID-19 PREPAREDNESS PLAN <br />the City of St. Anthony Village is required to have a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan per <br />Governor Walz's Executive Order 20-74 issued on June 5, 2020; and <br />critical businesses including governmental entities like cities must adopt a COVID-19 <br />Preparedness Plan by June 29, 2020; and <br />the League of Minnesota Cities and the Minnesota Department of Employment and <br />Economic Development have provided resources and templates for creating the plan to <br />ensure compliance with the requirements of the Executive Order; and <br />the City of St. Anthony has completed a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan to comply with <br />the Executive Order that includes steps staff has taken to ensure safety of visitors and <br />staff during the COVID-19 Pandemic; and <br />NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that the <br />COVID-19 Preparedness Plan is hereby adopted. <br />Adopted this 23rd day ofJune, 2020. <br />ATTEST: <br />Nicol o Miller, City Cler <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Pl <br />ark Casey, City Man.:er <br />
