APPROVAL OF JUNE 23, 2020 H.R.A. AGENDA. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Motion by Commissioner Randle, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the June 23, 17 <br />2020 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 20 <br /> 21 <br />II. CONSENT AGENDA. 22 <br /> 23 <br />A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of May 26, 2020; and 24 <br />B. Claims. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Randle, to approve the Consent 27 <br />Agenda, which consisted of: 28 <br /> 29 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 30 <br /> 31 <br />III. PUBLIC HEARINGS – NONE. 32 <br /> 33 <br />IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. – NONE. 34 <br /> 35 <br />A. H.R.A. Resolution 20-05, re: a Resolution Approving First Amendment to Contract for 36 <br />Private Development between the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony, 37 <br />the City of St. Anthony, and Doran SLV, LLC. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Mr. Keith Dahl, Ehlers & Associates presented the item to the Commission. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Randle, to adopt H.R.A. 42 <br />Resolution 20-05; a Resolution Approving First Amendment to Contract for Private 43 <br />Development between the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony, the City of St. 44 <br />Anthony, and Doran SLV, LLC. 45 <br /> 46 <br />President Stille explained the developer has asked for extensions on the second phase but are not 47 <br />asking for extensions on the first phase which tells him there is reason to believe the developer 48 <br />will be planning on breaking ground soon. 49
