APPROVAL OF JUNE 23, 2020 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />16 <br />17 Motion by Commissioner Randle, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the June 23, <br />18 2020 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />19 <br />20 Motion carried 5-0. <br />21 <br />22 II. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />23 <br />24 A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of May 26, 2020; and <br />2.5 B. Claims. <br />26 <br />27 Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Randle, to approve the Consent <br />28 Agenda, which consisted of: <br />29 <br />30 Motion carried 5-0. <br />31 <br />32 III. PUBLIC HEARINGS — NONE. <br />33 <br />34 IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. — NONE. <br />35 <br />36 A. H.R.A. Resolution 20-05, re: a Resolution Approving First Amendment to Contract for <br />37 Private Development between the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony, <br />38 the City of St. Anthony, and Doran SLV, LLC. <br />39 <br />40 Mr. Keith Dahl, Ehlers & Associates presented the item to the Commission. <br />41 <br />42 Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Randle, to adopt H.R.A. <br />43 Resolution 20-05; a Resolution Approving First Amendment to Contract for Private <br />44 Development between the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony, the City of St. <br />45 Anthony, and Doran SLV, LLC. <br />46 <br />47 President Stille explained the developer has asked for extensions on the second phase but are not <br />48 asking for extensions on the first phase which tells him there is reason to believe the developer <br />49 will be planning on breaking ground soon. <br />
