<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that on August 18, 2020, 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, the Saint <br />Anthony Village Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to solicit public response to a request for <br />an amendment to the Silver Lake Village Planned Unit Development (PUD) at 3725 Stinson Blvd., Parcel <br />ID Number 31-30-23-30-209 the N 70 Ft of Lot 1 Blk 1 Pillsbury Addition and is SD Apache Plaza Lot 8 Blk <br />1, of the plat of Silver Lake Village in Ramsey County. This public hearing will be to consider the <br />application of Interstate Development for a Preliminary Plan stage of the Silver Lake Village PUD <br />consisting of a 3-story, 38 unit multiple family structure and related parking and open space. <br />Following the public hearing the Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the <br />proposed request to the City Council for their meeting expected to be held on Tuesday, September 8, <br />2020 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. <br />Those persons having an interest in said meetings are encouraged to attend. Oral testimony will be <br />accepted on the above subject at this meeting. Written comments may be taken at the St. Anthony <br />Village City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony Village, Minnesota 55418 until the date of the <br />hearing.
