ANTHONY 1 <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES 2 <br />SEPTEMBER 22, 2020 3 <br />4 <br />CALL TO ORDER. 5 <br />6 <br />Mayor Stille called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 7 <br />8 <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 9 <br />10 <br />Mayor Stille invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. 11 <br />12 <br />ROLL CALL. 13 <br />14 <br />Present: Mayor Stille, Councilmembers Jenson, Randle, Walker and Webster. 15 <br />Absent: None 16 <br />Also Present: Interim City Manager Charlie Yunker, City Planner Stephen Grittman, Assistant Fire 17 <br />Chief Chris Fuller and Sergeant Mike Huddle. 18 <br />Guests: Paul Van Dem Boom 19 <br />20 <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING 21 <br />ITEMS. 22 <br />23 <br />I.APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 22, 2020 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 24 <br />25 <br />Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Webster, to approve the City 26 <br />Council Meeting Agenda of September 22, 2020. 27 <br />28 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 29 <br />30 <br />II.PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. 31 <br />32 <br />A.Spirit of St. Anthony Award.33 <br />Paul Van Dem Boom, 2019 Award Recipient presented the Spirit of St. Anthony Award34 <br />to Officer Jonathan Schlingman.35 <br />36 <br />Officer Jonathan Schlingman thanked everyone on the committee for selecting him for37 <br />the award.38 <br />39 <br />Mayor Stille congratulated Officer Schlingman for the award. He noted Officer40 <br />Schlingman is the eighth recipient and thought it helps with cohesiveness and the ability41 <br />to really let people know publicly how they feel about their employees.42 <br />43 <br />B.Presentation of Night to Unite.44 <br />Sergeant Mike Huddle made a Night to Unite presentation. Mayor Stille stated the City45 <br />is looking forward to this event.46 <br />47 <br />C.Proclamation for Night to Unite on October 6, 2020.48 <br />1
