October 13, 2020 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br />Staff and Planning Commission recommend approval of the requested Conditional Use Permit for an <br />electronic dynamic display sign at 2827 Anthony Lane with the following conditions: <br />1. Verification of the setback – at least 15 feet from the curb line of 29th Avenue NE. <br />2. Exterior base materials changed to add natural materials as required in the code, and as noted <br />in this report. <br />3. Compliance with the operational standards of the code in Section 155.29, notably the <br />requirements for a static, monochrome message of at least 5 seconds duration, and other <br />related requirements. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVE PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />1. Motion to approve the request for CUP at 2827 Anthony Lane with the conditions identified in <br />this report, per the attached resolution declaring terms of the same. <br />2. Motion to deny the CUP. In the event of a motion for denial, the City Council must state its <br />findings related to denial on the record. <br />3. Request Additional Information and Table Action.
