6. The proposed sign, constructed and operated within the requirements of the Code, will <br />not adversely impact surrounding property or public areas. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE MAY IT BE RESOVLED, that the City Council of the <br />City of St. Anthony Village accepts the findings and recommendations documented in the staff <br />report and approves Conditional Use Permit for a dynamic display sign as shown on the plans <br />submitted on or before August 20, 2020, at 2827 Anthony Lane South, with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Verification of the setback – at least 15 feet from the curb line of 29th Avenue NE. <br />2. Exterior base materials changed to add natural materials as required in the code, and as <br />noted in this report. <br />3.
