CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 20-072 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br />ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR THE YEARS 2021 THROUGH 2024 <br />WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony has contracted services with Hennepin County <br />for assessing services for the Hennepin County portion of the city. The current contract with <br />Hennepin County expires on July 31, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has received an new assessment agreement from <br />Hennepin County for the years 2021-2024; and <br />WHEREAS, staff finds the agreement reasonable; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony Village City <br />Council authorizes the City Manager to execute said Agreement. <br />Adopted this 13th day of October, 2020. <br />ATTEST: b/ANicol/14/e/t/ <br />iller, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, Interim City Manager <br />
