CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 20-073 <br />APPROVING THE GAMBLING LICENSE FOR THE MINNESOTA <br />FASTPITCH ACADEMY FOUNDATION AT THE HICKORY HOG LOCATED AT <br />3900 SILVER LAKE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City Council of the City of St. Anthony allows gambling licenses to be issued <br />within the city; and <br />the City of St. Anthony approves the gambling license for the Minnesota <br />Fastpitch Academy Foundation at the Hickory Hog located at 3900 Silver Lake <br />Road. <br />NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED that the City of St. Anthony approves the gambling <br />license for the Minnesota Fastpitch Academy Foundation at the Hickory Hog located at 3900 <br />Silver Lake Road. <br />Adopted this 13th day of October, 2020. <br />ATTEST: /' <br />Nico e iller, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for Administration: <br />Randy till: f' ayor <br />Charlie Yunker, Interim City Manager <br />
