These features include the <br />following: <br />• Quality exterior finishes (cement board and brick veneer siding) <br />• Quality interior fixtures, flooring, cabinetry and countertops (solid surface) <br />• Ceilings which measure 9 feet in height <br />• In-unit washers and dryers <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The subject site is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development. Within PUD zoning districts, uses <br />and development parameters/requirements are specified in a PUD development <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Planned Unit Development <br /> <br />Purpose. In consideration of PUD applications, it is important that the purpose of <br />planned unit development be considered and that a determination be made that such <br />purpose will be fulfilled. <br />34
