CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 20-082 <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE TAILGATING SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT SUBMITTED <br />BY THE UNOFFICIAL LOCATED AT 3701 NE STINSON BLVD. FOR TAILGATING <br />EVENTS ON MULTIPLE DATES <br />WHEREAS, The Unofficial has submitted an event proposal along with site map for a tailgating <br />events during the Vikings games which will include amplified broadcast of the <br />games, and outdoor sale of food and alcohol; and <br />WHEREAS, tailgating events will be held mostly on Sundays beginning November 1, 2020 with <br />the amplified broadcasting of the games ending by 8:00pm; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has the authority to grant a holder of an on -sale liquor <br />license to serve alcohol off premises at a community festival with proof of liquor <br />liability insurance to cover the event; and <br />WHEREAS, The Unofficial will comply with the City of St. Anthony Police department's <br />recommendations on appropriate security for the event. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves <br />the request for The Unofficial to hold tailgating special events with the conditions mentioned <br />above. <br />Adopted this 27th day of October, 2020. <br />ATTEST:: <br />Nic 1 Miller, City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, Interim City Manager <br />
