I CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />2 HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING <br />3 OCTOBER 13, 2020 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Chair Stille called the meeting to order at 7:27 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 ROLL CALL. <br />10 <br />11 Present: Chair Stille, Commissioners Jenson, Randle, and Walker <br />12 Absent: Commissioner Webster <br />13 Also Present: Interim City Manager Charlie Yunker <br />14 <br />15 I. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 13, 2020 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />16 <br />17 Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Randle, to approve the October <br />18 13, 2020 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />19 <br />20 Motion carried 4-0. <br />21 <br />22 II. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />23 <br />24 A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of September 8, 2020: and <br />2.5 B. Claims. <br />26 <br />27 Motion by Commissioner Randle, seconded by Commissioner Walker, to approve the Consent <br />28 Agenda, which consisted of: <br />29 <br />30 Motion carried 4-0. <br />31 <br />32 III. PUBLIC HEARINGS — NONE. <br />33 <br />34 IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. — NONE. <br />35 <br />36 V. STAFF REPORTS — NONE. <br />37 <br />38 VI. H.R.A. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS — NONE. <br />39 <br />40 VII. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />41 <br />42 Commissioner Walker indicated in light of the comments Mayor Stille made at the City Council <br />43 meeting about the Pandemic, COVID, and voting, he thought it might be good to have a work <br />44 session where the Council could talk about ways to encourage residents to get out and vote and <br />45 to vote early if possible. President Stille explained Commissioner Walker would need to talk to <br />46 the Interim City Manager if he wanted to place that topic on the next work session agenda. <br />47 <br />48 Commissioner Jenson reminded the residents that this coming Monday, October 19`h is Coffee <br />49 with the Council with Councilmember Webster and himself. <br />
