APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 27, 2020 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />25 <br />26 Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />27 Council Meeting Agenda of October 27, 2020. <br />28 <br />29 Motion carried 5-0. <br />30 <br />31 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS — NONE. <br />32 <br />33 III. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />34 <br />35 A. Approve October 13, 2020, Council meeting minutes. <br />36 B. Licenses and permits. <br />37 C. Claims. <br />38 D. Resolution 20-080; a Resolution Approving State of Minnesota Joint Powers agreement <br />39 with the City of St. Anthony for the use of systems and tools available over the state's <br />40 criminal justice data communications network; and subscriber amendment. <br />41 <br />42 Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the <br />43 Consent Agenda items. <br />44 <br />45 Motion carried 5-0. <br />46 <br />47 IV.
