ANTHONY 1 <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES 2 <br />NOVEMBER 24, 2020 3 <br />4 <br />CALL TO ORDER. 5 <br />6 <br />Mayor Stille called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 7 <br />8 <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 9 <br />10 <br />Mayor Stille invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. 11 <br />12 <br />ROLL CALL. 13 <br />14 <br />Present: Mayor Stille, Councilmembers Randle, Walker and Webster. 15 <br />Absent: Councilmember Jenson 16 <br />Also Present: Interim City Manager Charlie Yunker, Fire Chief Mark Sitarz and Fire Lieutenant 17 <br />Jaros. 18 <br />Guests: Evan Doran 19 <br />20 <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING 21 <br />ITEMS. 22 <br />23 <br />I.APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 24, 2020 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 24 <br />25 <br />Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve the City 26 <br />Council Meeting Agenda of November 24, 2020. 27 <br />28 <br />Motion carried 4-0. 29 <br />30 <br />II.PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. 31 <br />32 <br />A.Presentation of 2020 Fire Prevention Poster Winners33 <br />Officer Jaros and members of the St. Anthony Fire Department presented the 2020 Fire34 <br />Prevention Poster winners.35 <br />36 <br />Fire Chief Sitarz thanked all of the youth who entered their posters into the contest and37 <br />indicated this is a way for the Fire Department to get into all of the schools and tie fire38 <br />prevention into a creative way for the kids. He noted this is a wonderful program that39 <br />will continue in the future.40 <br />41 <br />Mayor Stille thanked the Fire Department for all their efforts with the contest and42 <br />congratulated all of the winners.43 <br />44 <br />Councilmember Webster thanked the Fire Department for presenting the winners. She45 <br />indicated she was really proud of all of the winners.46 <br />47 <br />Fire Lieutenant Jaros reminded the residents that Santa on the Fire Truck is December48 <br />13th through December 15th. She reviewed the changes being made this year.49 <br />1
