ANTHONY <br />2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />3 NOVEMBER 24, 2020 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Stille called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />10 <br />11 Mayor Stille invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 ROLL CALL. <br />14 <br />15 Present: Mayor Stille, Councilmembers Randle, Walker and Webster. <br />16 Absent: Councilmember Jenson <br />17 Also Present: Interim City Manager Charlie Yunker, Fire Chief Mark Sitarz and Fire Lieutenant <br />18 Jaros. <br />19 Guests: Evan Doran <br />20 <br />21 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />22 ITEMS. <br />23 <br />24 I. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 24, 2020 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />25 <br />26 Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve the City <br />27 Council Meeting Agenda of November 24, 2020. <br />28 <br />29 Motion carried 4-0. <br />30 <br />31 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />32 <br />33 A. Presentation of 2020 Fire Prevention Poster Winners <br />34 Officer Jaros and members of the St. Anthony Fire Department presented the 2020 Fire <br />35 Prevention Poster winners. <br />36 <br />37 Fire Chief Sitarz thanked all of the youth who entered their posters into the contest and <br />38 indicated this is a way for the Fire Department to get into all of the schools and tie fire <br />39 prevention into a creative way for the kids. He noted this is a wonderful program that <br />40 will continue in the future. <br />41 <br />42 Mayor Stille thanked the Fire Department for all their efforts with the contest and <br />43 congratulated all of the winners. <br />44 <br />45 Councilmember Webster thanked the Fire Department for presenting the winners. She <br />46 indicated she was really proud of all of the winners. <br />47 <br />48 Fire Lieutenant Jaros reminded the residents that Santa on the Fire Truck is December <br />49 13" through December 15t". She reviewed the changes being made this year. <br />
