CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 20-091 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NORTH EAST METROPOLITAN AREA <br />MUNICIPAL INTERNETWORKING COLLABORATIVE, TO BE KNOWN AS <br />METRO-INET <br />WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony is a current member of the Metro-INET <br />consortium currently under the City of Roseville for IT services; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony wishes to continue as a member of the new <br />establishment of Metro-INET for IT services; and <br />WHEREAS, staff finds the agreement reasonable; and <br />WHEREAS, Charlie Yunker, Interim City Manager is named as the City's Member <br />Director and Nicole Miller, Administrative Services Coordinator is named as the City's <br />Alternate Director; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony Village City <br />Council approves the joint powers agreement and authorizes the City Manager to execute <br />said Agreement. <br />Adopted this 8th day of December, 2020. <br />Nicole Miller, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Ra dy Sti Mayo <br />Charlie Yunker, Interim City Manager <br />
