APPROVAL OF THE SEPTEMBER 15, 2020, PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 25 <br />AGENDA. 26 <br /> 27 <br />Motion by Commissioner Erickson, seconded by Commissioner Rude, to approve the 28 <br />September 15, 2020, Planning Commission agenda. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 31 <br /> 32 <br />II. APPROVAL OF THE AUGUST 18, 2020, REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION 33 <br />MEETING MINUTES. 34 <br /> 35 <br /> Commissioner Neumann requested the following changes: 36 <br />Replace “Commissioner Neumann thought” with “Commissioner Neumann stated” 37 <br />throughout the minutes. 38 <br />Page 2, Line 33 correct spelling of Cornear to Corneille 39 <br />Page 2, Lines 38-41, change to: “The demographic for this particular building that is being 40 <br />built in a community where the people that live there would not be able to afford 41 <br />living. For instance Equinox, cannot afford a one bedroom for $1400 especially if 42 <br />they have more than three children.” 43 <br />Page 2, Line 46-Page 3, Lines 1-2: change to: “…inflation. It is important for individuals who 44 <br />are not part of the dominant culture who also reside here to be recognized.
