<br /> <br /> <br />NOTICE OF ACTION ON PROPOSED CAR WASH <br />2701 KENZIE TERRACE <br />The City Council is scheduled to consider the proposed Car Wash Conditional Use Permit application at <br />the above address at its January 12, 2021 regular meeting. The Planning Commission originally reviewed <br />this item following a public hearing at its meeting on December 15, 2020. The Commission voted to <br />send the item to the City Council with a series of conditions. Since then, a concern has been raised by <br />the public that the Commission’s action may be incomplete. <br />Next Step <br />The item will remain on the City Council agenda on January 12, 2021 with a staff recommendation to <br />refer the item back to the Planning Commission for clarification of its motion. <br />At the January 12, 2021 meeting, the Council may act to refer the item back to the Planning <br />Commission, or it may choose to act on the application at that meeting. <br />If the Council refers the item back to the Planning Commission <br />• The Planning Commission will consider a motion on the application at its next meeting, to be held on <br />January 19, 2021 at City Hall at 7:00 p.m. This meeting is not a public hearing. However, it is open <br />to the public and may be attended in person, or viewed live or on demand via the City’s website. <br />• With the clarified Planning Commission recommendation, the City Council would take up the <br />application on its regular agenda as a part of the January 26, 2021 Council meeting. <br />The City Council and Planning Commission agendas and packet materials relating to this application will <br />be made available prior to the respective meetings online at www.savmn.com. <br />Ways to attend, view and/or comment: <br />Online <br />Those persons having an interest are encouraged to attend via Zoom.
