<br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> To: St. Anthony Village Planning Commission <br /> <br />From: Stephen Grittman, City Planner <br /> <br />Date: Planning Commission Regular Meeting for January 19, 2020 <br /> <br />NAC File No: 323.01 – 21.01 <br />Request: Request for a Conditional Use Permit for an electronic (digital display) sign <br />for Culver’s at 4004 Silver Lake Road NE. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND AND STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />The applicant is proposing to upgrade an existing ground sign identifying its business location at 4004 <br />Silver Lake Road. The ground sign would be located along the northeast side of the building, adjacent to <br />Silver Lake Rd NE.
