CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-007 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ELECTED OFFICIALS OUT OF <br />STATE TRAVEL POLICY FOR 2021 <br />WHEREAS, In accordance to Minnesota State Statute Chapter 471, Section 661, requires that <br />cities, counties and school districts develop a policy that regulates travel by <br />elected officials outside of the state; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council will review this policy annually; <br />WHEREAS, any changes to the policy must be approved by a recorded vote; and <br />WHEREAS, elected officials of the City of Saint Anthony Village will follow the limitations <br />outlined in the policy. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the elected officials Out of State Travel Policy for 2021. <br />Adopted this 12`h day of January, 2021. <br />Lzx� <br />ATTEST:' <br />Nico'lel Miller, City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, Interim City Manager <br />
