Doubtless more will be sent. A petition from the Kenzington with more than
70 signatures has also been submitted. (We Kenzington seniors own our homes and value our balconies!)

We have also submitted expert testimony from professionals in support of our concerns.

Environmentally, this car wash will significantly increase levels of air and water pollution, and reduce water
available for other local needs.

We residents, including children and aging seniors, have a right to vital health, peaceful yards and balconies,
neighborhood walkability, and stable property values. These are the quality-of-life basics desired by most
people!

Why would city officials prioritize - in violation of section 152.243(C)(3) of city code! - one man's business
venture over the well-being of numerous nearby residents?

Barbara Gottfried
109
