21-007; a Resolution Adopting the Elected Officials Travel Policy for 2021. 1 <br /> 21-008; a Resolution Designating Steve Carlson of Hedbeck, Arendt, and Carlson the 2 <br />Prosecuting Attorney for the City of St. Anthony for 2021. 3 <br /> 21-009; a Resolution for the 2021 Street Improvement Bond Reimbursement. 4 <br /> 5 <br />Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve the 6 <br />Consent Agenda items. 7 <br /> 8 <br />Motion carried 4-0. 9 <br /> 10 <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING – NONE. 11 <br /> 12 <br />V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF. 13 <br /> 14 <br />A. Resolution 21-010; a Resolution Approving a Conditional Use Permit for a Car Wash 15 <br />Facility with Vacuum Station at 2701 Kenzie Terrace in the C, Commercial District. 16 <br /> 17 <br />City Planner Grittman reviewed the resolution with the Council. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Mayor Stille asked if the City Council would like to approve this or send it back to the Planning 20 <br />Commission for review. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Councilmember Jenson indicated he was in favor of sending this back to the Planning 23 <br />Commission. Councilmember Webster agreed with Councilmember Jenson to following the 24 <br />City process because it sounds like there is still some work that needs to be done at the Planning 25 <br />Commission. 26 <br /> 27 <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to refer the 28 <br />Conditional Use Permit request for a Car Wash Facility with Vacuum Station at 2701 Kenzie 29 <br />Terrace back to the Planning Commission. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Motion carried 4-0. 32 <br /> 33 <br />VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. 34 <br /> 35 <br />A. Quarterly Goals Update 36 <br /> 37 <br />Interim City Manager Yunker reviewed the quarterly goals with the Council. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Councilmember Webster thanked Mr. Yunker and staff for all of the work done in 2020 and 40 <br />staying focused on all of the City goals. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Mayor Stille expressed his thanks to City staff for all of the work done as well. 43 <br /> 44 <br />VII.
