2 <br />proposal of putting in a public car wash at the end of the alley <br />between 27th Ave NE and Kenzie Terrace. I would like to state <br />my strong desire for you to reconsider the location of this, and <br />if that is not an option, at least consider what implications <br />having this business in this location does to the surrounding <br />residents. At the very least, I would expect to see some <br />conversations around removing access to the alley for non- <br />residents so they don't use it as a thoroughfare or cut through <br />for easier access to the car wash. <br /> <br />I would beg you to think of adding barricades to restrict access <br />to the alley from Kenzie Terrace or Wilson at the fence line of <br />the apartment building. I can only imagine the increased traffic <br />and noise we would see, not to mention the deterioration of the <br />already compromised alleyway. We use this alleyway for <br />access to our garage while driving, and also use it when we are <br />walking our dog or out with our children.
