Our home is facing and very near to the <br />proposed car wash, as are 24 other condo units. <br /> <br />I'm a cancer survivor of 6 years and I have asthma. My health is not as robust as a young person's. I'm sure that <br />other seniors in our building of 150 units can say the same about their health. <br /> <br />The idling car fumes from many cars much of the day, everyday, is my biggest concern. This will negatively <br />impact our air quality. Most of every day, I won't be able to open any of my windows nor use my balcony <br />because of my health. <br /> <br />I'm asking you to please oppose the construction of this car wash for the health of the seniors in the Kenzington <br />condos.
