Commercial lot use permit <br />1 message <br />Ella Ritzman <ellampls@gmail.com>Mon, Jan 11, 2021 at 12:12 PM <br />To: paulmchughmn@gmail.com <br />Re: Proposed car wash at 2701 Kenzie Terrace  <br />To Whom it may concern; <br />A resident from 2601 Kenzie Terrace reached out to me today. He asked if I would give an <br />opinion on the proposed development of a single lane car wash with 9 to 12 car vacuum <br />stations abutting his residential senior living condominium unit.  I have not seen the property <br />but from what Paul McHugh explained to me I imagine that these are some of the <br />considerations that should be weighed: <br />Air pollution from idling cars <br />Noise pollution from vacuums, idling cars and the running carwash <br />Noise from the customers (loud talking,auto music, mufflers, etc) <br />Reduced value of residential property facing the car wash(potentially severe) <br />Reduced quality of life for the residents being subject to all of the above <br />I have never met Mr. McHugh. A fellow real estate broker gave him my name.
