City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />January 12, 2021 <br />Page 2 <br />1 21-007; a Resolution Adopting the Elected Officials Travel Policy for 2021. <br />2 21-008; a Resolution Designating Steve Carlson of Hedbeck, Arendt, and Carlson the <br />3 Prosecuting Attorney for the City of St. Anthony for 2021. <br />4 21-009; a Resolution for the 2021 Street Improvement Bond Reimbursement. <br />Motion by Councilmember Webster, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to approve the <br />Consent Agenda items. <br />7 Motion carried 4-0. <br />10 <br />11 IV. PUBLIC HEARING — NONE. <br />12 <br />13 V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF. <br />14 <br />15 A. Resolution 21-010: a Resolution Approving a Conditional Use Permit for a Car Wash <br />16 Facility with Vacuum Station at 2701 Kenzie Terrace in the C Commercial District <br />17 <br />18 City Planner Grittman reviewed the resolution with the Council. <br />19 <br />20 Mayor Stille asked if the City Council would like to approve this or send it back to the Planning <br />21 Commission for review. <br />22 <br />23 Councilmember Jenson indicated he was in favor of sending this back to the Planning <br />24 Commission. Councilmember Webster agreed with Councilmember Jenson to following the <br />25 City process because it sounds like there is still some work that needs to be done at the Planning <br />26 Commission. <br />27 <br />28 Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Walker, to refer the <br />29 Conditional Use Permit request for a Car Wash Facility with Vacuum Station at 2701 Kenzie <br />30 Terrace back to the Planning Commission. <br />31 <br />32 Motion carried 4-0. <br />33 <br />34 VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />35 <br />36 A. Quarterly Goals Update <br />37 <br />38 Interim City Manager Yunker reviewed the quarterly goals with the Council. <br />39 <br />40 Councilmember Webster thanked Mr. Yunker and staff for all of the work done in 2020 and <br />41 staying focused on all of the City goals. <br />42 <br />43 Mayor Stille expressed his thanks to City staff for all of the work done as well <br />44 <br />45 VII. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS <br />46 <br />
