ANTHONY 1 <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES 2 <br />JANUARY 26, 2021 3 <br />4 <br />CALL TO ORDER. 5 <br />6 <br />Mayor Stille called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 7 <br />8 <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 9 <br />10 <br />Mayor Stille invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. 11 <br />12 <br />ROLL CALL. 13 <br />14 <br />Present: Mayor Stille, Councilmembers Jenson, Randle, Walker and Webster. 15 <br />Absent: None 16 <br />Also Present: Interim City Manager Charlie Yunker, City Planner Stephen Grittman, Public Works 17 <br />Superintendent Jeremy Gumke. 18 <br />Guests: None. 19 <br />20 <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING 21 <br />ITEMS. 22 <br />23 <br />I.APPROVAL OF JANUARY 26, 2021 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 24 <br />25 <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Webster, to approve the City 26 <br />Council Meeting Agenda of January 26, 2021. 27 <br />28 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 29 <br />30 <br />II.PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS – NONE. 31 <br />A.Presentation of Northeast Youth and Family Services, President and CEO, Tara Jebens-32 <br />Singh Presenting33 <br />34 <br />Ms. Tara Jebens-Singh made a presentation to the City Council. She thanked the Council35 <br />for the continued partnership and CARES Act relief as well as a platform to allow them36 <br />to reach out to the community.37 <br />38 <br />Mayor Stille thanked Ms. Jebens-Singh for her presentation.39 <br />40 <br />Councilmember Webster thanked Ms. Jebens-Singh for her commitment to youth in the41 <br />community and Suburban Ramsey County through the multiple mental health services42 <br />that are available, not only through the school base but also through community clinics43 <br />and the onsite day treatment program. Ms. Jebens-Singh noted the community44 <br />connections and partnerships are so important to them. The board is made up primarily45 <br />of representatives from the different municipalities that NYFS partners with and are46 <br />always looking to make those strong connections.47 <br />48 <br />1
