<br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> To: Mayor Stille and St. Anthony Village City Council <br /> <br />From: Stephen Grittman, City Planner <br /> <br />Date: City Council Regular Meeting for February 9, 2021 <br /> <br />NAC File No: 323.01 – 21.01 <br />Request: Request for a Conditional Use Permit for an electronic (digital display) sign <br />for Culver’s at 4004 Silver Lake Road NE. <br /> <br />STAFF and PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION <br />The applicant is proposing to upgrade an existing ground sign identifying its business location at 4004 <br />Silver Lake Road. The ground sign would be located along the northeast side of the building, adjacent to <br />Silver Lake Rd NE. Because a portion of the sign will include an electronic digital display, the sign <br />requires a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Section 155.29 of the City’s Sign Ordinance. <br />The Planning Commission considered this item at a public hearing on January 19, 2021.
