<br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />To: Mayor Stille and St. Anthony Village City Council <br /> Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br /> <br />From: Stephen Grittman, City Planner <br />Date: City Council Meeting – February 9, 2021 <br />NAC Project No. 323.01 - 20.14 <br />Request: Resolution Approving the Planned Unit Development Agreement <br /> Stinson Apartments <br /> <br />Property Address: 3725 Stinson Blvd. <br /> <br />Property PID: 31-30-23-33-0209 <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending approval of the Planned Unit Development Agreement for the <br />Stinson Apartments project at the above address. The applicants have completed the <br />required conditions for Final Plan PUD approval, and execution of the attached PUD <br />Agreement is a requirement of both the Zoning Ordinance and the City Council’s approval. <br />The City Attorney’s office has reviewed the agreement and has approved its form and <br />content. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />1. Motion to Adopt Resolution 21-022, approving the PUD Agreement for Stinson Apartments, <br />and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVE CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />2. Motion to deny the agreement. In the event of a denial, the City Council must state its findings <br />related to denial on the record. <br />3. Request Additional Information and Table Action. A motion to table should be accompanied by <br />the specific information requested of staff or the developer necessary to make a <br />recommendation. <br />95
