CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-019 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR <br />TO MAKE CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS WITH MULTI -BANK SECURITIES, INC. <br />WHEREAS, Multi -Bank Securities, Inc., currently provides investments services to the City of <br />Saint Anthony Village and has executed a Broker certification form for 2017. <br />WHEREAS, In order to settle investment transactions directly with Multi -Bank Securities, Inc. <br />the City of Saint Anthony Village has an account in its name. <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager and Finance Director are authorized to make certain transaction <br />with Multi -Bank Securities, Inc. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes Charlie Yunker, City <br />Manager and Shelly Rueckert, Finance Director are authorized to make certain transaction with <br />Multi -Bank Securities, Inc. <br />Adopted this 9th day of February, 2021. <br />ATTEST: )K� <br />Nic 1 iller, C ty Clerk <br />Review for Administration: �--�— <br />Char ie Yunker, City Manager <br />
