CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 21-022 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE STINSON APARTMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony approved the final plan PUD on December 8, 2020 for the <br />Stinson Apartments located at 3725 Stinson Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, a condition of the approval is to complete a Planned Unit Development <br />Agreement; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the Planned Unit Development agreement with Stinson Apartments <br />LLC. <br />Adopted <br />ATTEST <br />Review for Administration: <br />Ch r ' u er, City Manager <br />
