I CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />3 JANUARY 26, 2021 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Stille called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />10 <br />1 I Mayor Stille invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 ROLL CALL. <br />14 <br />15 Present: Mayor Stille, Councilmembers Jenson, Randle, Walker and Webster. <br />16 Absent: None <br />17 Also Present: Interim City Manager Charlie Yunker, City Planner Stephen Grittman, Public Works <br />18 Superintendent Jeremy Gumke. <br />19 Guests: None. <br />20 <br />21 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />22 ITEMS. <br />23 <br />24 I. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 26, 2021 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />25 <br />26 Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Webster, to approve the City <br />27 Council Meeting Agenda of January 26, 2021. <br />28 <br />29 Motion carried 5-0. <br />30 <br />31 Il. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS — NONE. <br />32 A. Presentation of Northeast Youth and Family Services, President and CEO, Tara Jebens- <br />33 Singh Presenting <br />34 <br />35 Ms. Tara Jebens-Singh made a presentation to the City Council. She thanked the Council <br />36 for the continued partnership and CARES Act relief as well as a platform to allow them <br />37 to reach out to the community. <br />38 <br />39 Mayor Stille thanked Ms. Jebens-Singh for her presentation. <br />40 <br />41 Councilmember Webster thanked Ms. Jebens-Singh for her commitment to youth in the <br />42 community and Suburban Ramsey County through the multiple mental health services <br />43 that are available, not only through the school base but also through community clinics <br />44 and the onsite day treatment program. Ms. Jebens-Singh noted the community <br />45 connections and partnerships are so important to them. The board is made up primarily <br />46 of representatives from the different municipalities that NYFS partners with and are <br />47 always looking to make those strong connections. <br />48 <br />
