I CITY OF ST. ANTHONY 2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES 3 JANUARY 26, 2021 4 5 CALL TO ORDER. 6 7 Mayor Stille called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 10 1 I Mayor Stille invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. 12 13 ROLL CALL. 14 15 Present: Mayor Stille, Councilmembers Jenson, Randle, Walker and Webster. 16 Absent: None 17 Also Present: Interim City Manager Charlie Yunker, City Planner Stephen Grittman, Public Works 18 Superintendent Jeremy Gumke. 19 Guests: None. 20 21 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING 22 ITEMS. 23 24 I. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 26, 2021 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 25 26 Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Webster, to approve the City 27 Council Meeting Agenda of January 26, 2021. 28 29 Motion carried 5-0. 30 31 Il. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS — NONE. 32 A. Presentation of Northeast Youth and Family Services, President and CEO, Tara Jebens- 33 Singh Presenting 34 35 Ms. Tara Jebens-Singh made a presentation to the City Council. She thanked the Council 36 for the continued partnership and CARES Act relief as well as a platform to allow them 37 to reach out to the community. 38 39 Mayor Stille thanked Ms. Jebens-Singh for her presentation. 40 41 Councilmember Webster thanked Ms. Jebens-Singh for her commitment to youth in the 42 community and Suburban Ramsey County through the multiple mental health services 43 that are available, not only through the school base but also through community clinics 44 and the onsite day treatment program. Ms. Jebens-Singh noted the community 45 connections and partnerships are so important to them. The board is made up primarily 46 of representatives from the different municipalities that NYFS partners with and are 47 always looking to make those strong connections. 48
