Accomplishments <br />Our accomplishments in 2020 looked a lot different than in previous years. Awards, conferences,  <br />sampling events, and limited-product release events were delayed or cancelled due to the  <br />pandemic. Our customer service initiatives evolved into different processes and procedures to  <br />accommodate for the safety of our staff and customers. We  consider customer satisfaction, along  <br />with their positive reviews and comments, our greatest accomplishment in 2020.  <br />
