The three resolutions for your consideration are: <br /> <br />A Resolution Calling a Hearing for the 2021 Street and Utility Improvement Project <br />This resolution sets a public hearing to be held on April 27, 2021, at 7:00 pm. On February 3, <br />2021, bids for the 2021 Street and Utility Improvement Project and 29th Avenue NE and St. <br />Anthony Boulevard Mill and Overlay were opened. The low bid received for the project was <br />$1,896,823.85.
